PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME

For most women, the menstrual cycle brings many complications it every month. They face symptoms like- Nausea, abdominal pain, Vomiting, mood swings, loose motions, etc.

Some women also face symptoms like bloating, anxiety, pain, etc before 14 or 7 days of the cycle called Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS).

With the help of a specialized diet beforehand, we can prevent the symptoms –

  • Before 7 or 14 days of the cycle or when a woman starts experiencing PMS should cut down on sugar intake.
  • Include bananas in your diet which will provide Calcium and Magnesium
  • Eat nuts like Pumpkin seeds etc.
  • Fresh fruits
  • Home cooked food
  • To prevent bloating avoid excess salt which may cause water retention
  • Eat hot food
  • To satisfy the sweet tooth, prefer eating dates and dark chocolate rather than sweets
  • Drink sufficient water
  • Every day morning eat roasted Fenugreek powder one teaspoon
  • Eat Flax seeds or Flax seed laddoos

All these above will help you remain pain-free during cycles.
