BLOOD PRESSURE

Blood pressure is the amount of blood the heart pumps and how hard it is for the blood to move through arteries. Generally, we speak about-

  1. High blood pressure– it can make the heart work too hard and can lose strength.
  2. Low blood pressure– The body’s vital organs are not getting sufficient Oxygen & nutrients to perform their functions.

Normal blood pressure range

Systolic 120 mm Hg and

Diastolic 80 mm Hg

Symptoms of blood pressure

  • Head reeling
  • Fatigue
  • Vomiting
  • Nausea
  • Discomfort in chest
  • Shortness of breath while climbing stairs or occasionally

If you are facing these symptoms then please get tested for blood pressure and lipid profile as soon as possible and if found positive then start the medicines soon to keep your blood pressure in control.
