State’s one of the super multispecialty hospital, Utkal hospital celebrated World COPD Day on 20th November, Wednesday. The objective of the program was to create awareness about the prevention and management of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
The program included health screenings, educational sessions and interactive discussions with pulmonologists and healthcare professionals, emphasizing early diagnosis, a healthy lifestyle and appropriate treatment adherence.
The event demonstrated Utkal hospital’s commitment to public health and respiratory care.
Utkal hospital’s pulmonologist Dr Satyajeet Sahu, senior consultant critical care Dr Biswa Bikash Mohanty were among the healthcare professionals who graced the event.
